As we are part of The Driver Link Training Consortium, your information is stored on a shared secure data base between DSF Driver CPC Training & Consultancy and Driver Link Training of Unity House, Westwood Park Drive, Wigan WN3 4HE –www.driverlinktraining.co.uk - 01942 826133

For the purpose of uploading completed periodic training hours to the DVSA of which you can then check them by going on to the government website www.gov.uk/check-your-driver-cpc-training-hours

Sending you information which you have requested with regards to future training dates or anything else which may be of interest to you.
We are legally bound to hold some types of information. i.e. with reference to your periodic training to fulfil our statutory obligations for up to six years, following which all data is securely destroyed apart from your name, address, telephone number and email address unless otherwise instructed by you for us to no longer hold this information.

All information which is gathered is kept safe and secure with a view to preventing unauthorised access, processing and accidental loss, damage or destruction. This is achieved via technical and organisational measures which we have in place.

WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION
As DSF Driver CPC Training & Consultancy are part of the Driver Link Consortium, by engaging DSF for your training your data will be shared with them and JAUPT (Joint Approvals Unit For Periodic Training) for them to monitor and manage approved centres and the training uploaded to the DVSA and if necessary with member state authorities to confirm Driver CPC entitlement abroad.

The accuracy of the information you supply to us is essential in order for us to maintain the level of service expected by those who train with us.
